About Lilley Services
Lilley Services is a nonprofit organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio, committed to offering essential transportation and moving assistance to low-income elderly and disabled families. Our mission is to facilitate the transition from shelters to permanent housing by providing the necessary resources and support. We understand the unique challenges faced by these families and strive to make their journey to stability as smooth as possible, fostering independence and dignity.
Lilley Services was founded by Leroy Harrow, whose commitment to this work began inside Bethany House Services, where he staffed the McHenry and Groesbeck offsites and personally helped move families from the shelter into their homes. That firsthand experience — seeing families start over in empty apartments — is the foundation of everything Lilley Services does today.

We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive home.
Who We Are
Lilley Services was founded to fill the gaps—those late‑night hours when shelters close, buses stop running, and people are still hungry. We show up with food, transportation, and essentials to ensure our neighbors are supported with dignity and care.

Our Values

Consistency – We show up when others can’t.
